Community Pet Policy

Move-in fees and monthly charges do NOT cover any damages caused by your pet. Certain breed restrictions may apply.

Size Restrictions for Townhomes and Garden Units	2 house hold pets of any size but do have some breed restrictions
Non-Refundable Pet Fee	One pet $150.00 (OR) Two pets $200.00
Monthly Pet Fee	$20.00 per pet to a maximum of two pets.

Monday - Friday	9:30am - 6:00 pm
Saturday	10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday	12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
